Many groups have come to Overbrook to combine team building, training, business meetings, sports, rest, and relaxation. Overbrook provides a casual but comfortable setting throughout the year. The large living room can be converted into a classroom setting. The remaining three large ground floor rooms: the library, sunroom, and dinning room, can facilitate smaller focus meetings. The kitchen is ideal for catered meals, or for a group cooking together. Our hardwood floor dance hall can be heated for yoga retreats. Because it is only an hour's drive from Boston and Providence, Overbrook is also a convenient meeting place.
There are multiple fields for frisbee, soccer, or volleyball, and a large outdoor swimming pool is available in season. Miles of running trails are available through the woods, and beaches are nearby.
A 250-acre nature preserve is just a one minute walk away, where walking, jogging or bird-watching as well as watching the organic garden grow are just some of the ways to relax and enhance a connection to nature. A variety of organic vegetables and herbs are available in season for your meals. Guided tours of the farm are available upon request.
